WHAT IF THEY TURN OFF THE MOBILE APP?

As soon they turn off the X-GPS Tracker app, you will receive an alert notification of the location and time stamp where the event occured.

HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY WILL LAST?

Keep in mind the app is running on the background at all times collecting data, so there is not guarantee how long the battery will last.  

ARE THERE REALLY NO OTHER COSTS?

No. You simply pay the service fee per device, per month. You will have access to all the features that the platform offers. You can keep our service for as long as you need it and stop services with no cancellation fees.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS FOR THE FREE TRIAL?

No. You do not need to provide any credit card information on your free 15-day trial. If you decide to continue our services, we will send you the form to provide us with your credit card billing information.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE TRIAL?

Once you purchase the subscription at the end of your trial, all the work you've done during the trial becomes part of your account. You won’t lose anything you built!

CAN I TRACK A VEHILCE WITH A SMART PHONE?

Yes. Our mobile app will record vehicle information such speed, coordinates, and journeys similar to if you had a GPS Device installed on a vehicle.

CAN I REUSE THE SAME ID NUMBER ON A DIFFERENT DEVICE?

No. The ID numbers are unique and only belong to the specific device that it was installed on.

HOW OFTEN WILL THE MOBILE APP REPORT?

The X-GPS Tracker has different options on reporting. You can set is up to report as low as every 50m distance, 15 seconds, 15 turning degrees angles and set schedule time. It depends on your tracking needs.

DO I HAVE TO BUY HARDWARE DEVICE TO START USING THE SERVICE?

No. Our solution has two components, one is hosted by us on our Cloud server and the mobile app can be installed on your Android and IOS mobile devices. (the app is not compatible with all versions or mobile devises).

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOBILE DATA?

You are fully responsible for the data of your mobile devices. GPS Sync Solutions relies on your mobile service provider. If you have questions regarding your data plan, contact your service provider.
